Daily Invocation to Saint Martha
O Glorious virgin Saint Martha
I come to thee to ask for a favor and help.
Thy devotion and fervor in the service of the Divine Master, Jesus Christ, have merited for thee graces which made thee a powerful intercessor before His Divine Throne.
Obtain for me the grace of which I am in need, if it will not be an obstacle to my spiritual welfare.

First Day
Dear
Saint Martha, who, full of humility and in union with thine holy sister
Mary, sent a message to Jesus to tell Him of the sickness of their
dying brother Lazarus, sayig: "Lord, behold. he whom Thou lovest is
sick"; obtain for me such humility and filial confidence in the
Providence of God, that i may deserve the grace I am asking through thy
intercession.
My Lord Jesus, by the loving reception with which Thou wert always welcomed in Bethany by Lazarus, Martha and Mary, listen to my prayer and grant me the grace of which i am in need. Most sweet Jesus, hear me.

Second Day
Dear Saint Martha, by thy great faith and firm hope in the divine power of Jesus, made manifest in these thy words: Lord, if Thou hadst been here, my brother had not died" , and also by which thou didst move the heart of the Divine Master, who made thee this promise: Thy brother shall rise again";
obtain from me such faith in the infinite power of God and confidence
in His fatherly bounty, that I may deserve the grace I am asking
through thy intercession.

Third Day
Dear Saint Martha, who had the good fortune of hearing from the lips of Jesus these words: "I
am the resurrection and the life; he that believe in Me, although he be
dead, shall live; and everyone that liveth and believeth in Me,
shall not die forever. Believest thou this?". And you who full of faith and persevering in thy petition, didst answer, "Yes Lord, I have believed that You are CHRIST, the Son of the living God, who art come into this world"; obtain for me fervent constancy in my prayer that I may deserve the grace I am asking through thy intercession.

Lord Jesus, by Thy tears of compassion shed at Bethany before the tomb
of Lazarus and by the miracle of his resurrection with which Thou didst
console his siters Martha and Mary, listen to my prayer and grant me
the grace of which I am in need. Most sweet Jesus, hear me.
Prayer
O
most fervent disciple of Jesus, beloved Saint Martha, whose
thoughtfulness and devotion to the Divine Master caused Him to utter
these words: "Martha,
Martha, thou art careful and art troubled about many things; but one
thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the better part, which shall not
taken away from her". Do thou,
O my kind protectress, help me for my corporal and earthly needs, I may
never lose sight of that eternal truth recommended by Jesus, that one
thing which is needful and which is of decisive importance for me, my
eternal salvation.
O dear Saints Lazarus, Martha and Mary, pray for us and for our families so that we may be made partakers of your eternal happiness in heaven.
Most wonderful Saint Martha, by the Cross which thou hold in thy right hand and by whose power thou hast conquered the wiles and snares of the internal enemy, help us in our temptations and trials, that trusting in the power of Christ, who by His death on the Cross, delivered us from the power of Satan, we may obtain also the victory which will lead us to heaven Amen.
